Course Overview

Weight Training Men

This course is designed to allow students to work on becoming more physically fit, and to develop a better cardiovascular system.  The class is taught in our weight room and our state of the art new fitness room.  The course is designed for the motivated student that wants to improve on strength, flexibility and cardiovascular performance.  The course will use two different types of workouts: we will use Crossfit and the Bigger Faster Stronger routines.

 
Weight Training Female Athlete Freshmen PE
This course is designed to allow Freshmen Female athletes to develop proper weight lifting techniques.  This class is paired with a female athletes class, where the students will work to improve on strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular performance.  This class will use the weight room and the new state of the art fitness room.  This class will us Crossfit for the workout routines.  This class is also required to have 6 weeks of health for the freshmen standard.
 
Weight Training Football Freshmen PE
This course is designed for freshmen football players.  The class will use the weight room and use a Bigger Faster Stronger routines.  This class is also required to have 6 weeks of health for the freshmen standard.
