Severe Clause

If a student chooses to defy the teacher and prevent the class from functioning, the ladder of consequences is no longer in effect.  The severe clause is for misbehavior, such as fighting, vandalism, and/or defying a teacher.  The student will not receive a warning and once more, will lose the right to proceed through the hierarchy of consequences.  The severe clause of misbehavior will result in immediate removal from class.
