MSgt Draper is the U.S. Air Force Aerospace Science Instructor (ASI).  He enlisted in the USAF in March 1989 and completed his active duty military career as a Munitions Systems Manager.  MSgt Draper has worked as a Conventional Munitions Technician and a Nuclear Munitions Handling Technician.  He has worked in Munitions Maintenance, Nuclear Munitions Handling, Munitions Accountability, Munitions Inspection and Precision Guided Munitions sections.

MSgt Draper has seen duty in numerous Middle East locations, throughout Europe and the United States. He 
has attended the In-Residence USAF Airman Leadership School, Non-Commissioned Officer School and Senior Non-Commissioned Officer Seminar.

MSgt Draper is in his 10th year as an Air Force JROTC Instructor.  He retired in October 2010 after almost 22 years active service.  He has been married for 26 years and has one son.

MSgt Draper has been certified as an Outstanding Instructor of the Year Award recipient in 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2016, 2018 and 2019.  He also holds an Advanced Instructor Certification.

MSgt Draper has competed in triathlon and duathlon at the local, National and International level. He's raced in three World Duathlon Championships.  MSgt Draper again qualified to race at the International level in Almere, The Netherlands as a member of the 2020 TEAM USA delegation.
